The App uses Bluetooth functionality to discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible AquaSun aquarium lighting devices.

This information is used solely to provide the App’s core functionality.

b. Local App Information

The App may store lighting settings and preferences locally on your device, including:

• Aquarium names
• Device names
• RGBW light values
• Light modes
• Sunrise and sunset settings
• Weekly lighting schedules
• Task or reminder information

This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to AquaSun servers.

c. No Account Registration

The App does not require user accounts.

We do not collect:

• Email addresses
• Payment information
• Contact lists
• Photos
• Messages
• Precise location data

3. Bluetooth Permission

Bluetooth access is required for the App to communicate with compatible AquaSun aquarium lighting hardware.

Without Bluetooth permission, the App cannot discover, connect to, or control compatible AquaSun lighting devices.

4. How We Use Information

We use information handled by the App only to:

• Connect to compatible AquaSun aquarium lighting devices
• Save lighting configurations locally on your device
• Display device status and lighting settings in the App
• Provide the App’s core device-control functionality
